Exporting campaign report data

You can export a variety of different information from your reports in two different formats:

PDF

  • Summary
  • Message
  • Recipients
  • Links
  • Charts
  • Bounces
  • Unsubscribes
  • Spam Complaints
  • Errors

CSV

  • Recipients (including detailed open and click activity)
  • Links
  • Bounces
  • Unsubscribes
  • Spam Complaints
  • Errors

To export your campaign report:

  1. Switch to the Reports tab
  2. Click the Export button located in the top-left corner of the window
  3. Select the data you want to export from the list that appears at the bottom of the window
