Importing addresses from unsupported file formats

Désolé, mais cet article d’aide n’est actuellement pas disponible en français. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez consulter une traduction automatique effectuée par Google.

Cet article d'aide concerne une ancienne version de Direct Mail.

Due to spamming concerns, this importing feature is currently available only upon request. Please contact our support team to unlock this feature.

Direct Mail can import from a variety of applications and file formats, but it can also import email addresses from file formats it doesn't natively support. Here's how:

  1. Choose Addresses > Import From > Scavenge Files/Folders from the menu bar.
  2. Click "Choose" to select the file you want to import from.
  3. Click Import.

Using this method, Direct Mail will not be able to extract any data other than email addresses.

Important

When importing, remember to only include those email addresses that have given you permission to email them. Sending any kind of unsolicited email is prohibited by the Direct Mail Terms of Use and, in some countries, is against the law.
